All of this is fully integrated with the Shop Portal, allowing you to have instance status updates on your vehicle repairs.

Tech Portal

Let techs view assigned work and manage that work on their smart phones. They can enter time, view notes & files for the jobs, complete inspections with photos and video, and update task status - keeping you and the customer fully informed on status. Techs are automatically notified via our Text-2-Work SMS notification on their phones of newly assigned work. All this from their smart phone or tablet on the shop floor or on the road at mobile locations.
